Natural Steps has a strong vision and philosophy, we cannot fulfill this without our teachers. It is our desire to support, develop, extend and promote the teachers that we employ. Our teaching team is integral to our success. Our teaching team is required under legislation to have a Diploma/Bachelor of Teaching ECE, or be working towards a full qualification.

As part of our endeavor to provide continuous improvement in our centre, we have a pro-active and supportive approach to ongoing staff professional development.

We aim to ensure that all of our teaching and administrative team undergo ongoing professional development, to ensure that their skills are relevant and current.

Teachers Registration Support and Development is important to us. With our wealth of experience and knowledge we are well qualified to support teachers through the registration process. We are able to create an individual development plan with specific goals clearly broken down into clear criteria for support. Resources are clearly agreed and allocated to assist you in this process.
